REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Refunds and returns policy

 

We, Ludmila Beauty, want to make sure that you are completely satisfied when you buy products or services from us online. So when you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products and we will refund their value.

However, please keep in mind that, although we make permanent efforts to keep the information presented on the site accurate, there is a possibility that some details may be incomplete or contain minor inaccuracies. If you have questions or concerns, we are available to help you through the contact form.

If you want to return an order in whole or in part, you must register a return request through the contact form. After registering the request, an operator will provide you with the necessary information to make the return. Please also check the spam folder of your email to receive notifications related to the return process.

The restitution of the value of the returned products or services will be made within 14 days at most from the date of the written termination of the contract, but not before the date of receipt of the goods. We inform you that the transport fee will not be included in the returned amount.

 

Reimbursement and exchange of services
If you have purchased a service that has already been provided in its entirety and from which you have fully benefited, it cannot be exchanged for another service, and its value cannot be returned.

If you have purchased a service, but have not yet benefited from it, you can request to exchange it for another service, provided that the value of the new service is equal or greater (the difference to be paid), or you can request a full refund of the amount paid.

If you purchased a service that was partially provided, you can request that the rest of the service be replaced with another of the same value of the remaining amount or more, or you can request reimbursement of the remaining amount.

If you have purchased a service that was part of a promotional package with a reduction or a discount compared to the initial list price but you want to request the exchange with another service or a refund, the value of the services already provided will be calculated at the initial price of the list.

 

Conditions for cancellation and rescheduling of meetings:
If you have a service package and you have scheduled a meeting, but for personal reasons you can no longer participate, it is necessary to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be able to cancel or reschedule it.

If you do not notify us in time, the session will be considered completed and will not be reimbursed or rescheduling.

 

Return of products
Total return

If a customer wants to return the entire order, Ludmila Beauty will refund the money for the ordered products. It is important to note that the shipping cost for returning the products will be borne by the customer who requested the return! The product return procedure can be carried out through any courier company preferred by the customer, following the details provided in the e-mail received after registering the return request.

If, for personal reasons, he does not show up during the established Course period, the advance payment is transferred to the next Course period, if he does not show up for the 2nd Course session, the advance payment is cancelled.

Partial return

If the customer decides to return only some of the ordered products, Ludmila Beauty will only return the value of the returned products, not including the shipping fee. Also, the transport fee for returning the products is borne by the customer.

It is important that the returned products are carefully packed, because if they are damaged during transport, Ludmila Beauty will not be able to return their value.

The right of withdrawal and the exceptions provided by law
The right of return applies only to products ordered and paid for via the ludmilabeauty.ro website. The regulations oug 34/2014 regarding the consumer’s right of return do not apply to legal entities and persons who pick up the products ordered and paid for from the Ludmila Beauty headquarters.

 

According to oug no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals

“The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract”.

According to the legislation in force, customers have the right to notify Ludmila Beauty within 14 calendar days after receiving the ordered products and payment

through the website, through the contact form, regarding their decision to give up the products, without having to present a specific reason. If the products can be returned, Ludmila Beauty must refund their value within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

According to the emergency ordinance no. 34/2014, there are certain products that cannot be returned, such as those made according to the customer’s specifications or customized, those susceptible to damage or expiring quickly and those sealed that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have were unsealed by the client. If the returned goods are damaged, Ludmila Beauty will not refund their value.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in the case of home delivery purchases or parcel machines, considering that he cannot see the products before concluding the contract. He can test and check the purchased products to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, just as he could do in a physical store.

 

Returns
If you encounter problems with a product ordered from us, and these cannot be solved by the sales department, you have the possibility to return the product. The first step is to complete a return request through the contact form available on the website.

After completing the application, you will receive a response from us within 3 working days by e-mail or telephone, with the necessary instructions for returning the product.

In the case of orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a time interval between 3 and 30 days from the acceptance of the return. In accordance with ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, products can be returned within 14 calendar days from receiving the package. Thus, in the situation mentioned above, our customers have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, and they can request either the return of the amount of money, or the exchange with another product. It is important to mention that the monetary value returned refers strictly to the cost of the products, excluding shipping fees.

Payment of shipping for the returned product or for the one sent in exchange is the customer’s responsibility.

If you opt for:

replacement with another product, it will be shipped as soon as possible (as long as it is available in stock).
the refund of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the parcel with the returned products.
For returns, only products that comply exactly with the form in which they were delivered, accompanied by the purchase invoice, are accepted.

The following are not accepted for return:

products that have been opened
products that have been tested/used
products that do not have intact labels, have broken or erased seals
products purchased from other stores
products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt)
products with packaging damaged in any way
These measures are specific to cosmetic products, as their validity period is calculated starting with the first opening of the package, and with their use/testing, the risk of virus transmission occurs by transferring the product to another person.

 

Product return procedure

To return a product, you must follow these steps:

check if the product meets the conditions mentioned above.
contact the customer relations department by e-mail at the address: ludmilabeauty.ro or by phone at the number +40 725 896 328.
pack the product properly to prevent damage during transport. Products that reach the return in an inappropriate form due to defective packaging cannot be returned.
After receiving the package, a member of the customer relations department will contact you to process the return of the product.

 

Please note!

The customer is responsible for the integrity of the product during return shipping. Products that suffer damage during transport and that are not properly packaged for shipment will not be accepted for return. Our company reserves the right to refuse the return of the product if it does not meet the conditions mentioned above. The shipping costs for returning and replacing the product are borne by the customer.
